Abstract in brief

  • Dietary interventions can help reduce the risk of kidney stones, but there is no clear consensus on the most effective diets based on current research.
  • For all patients with kidney stones, increasing fluid intake to produce at least 2 liters of urine daily is a key recommended strategy, regardless of the stone’s cause.
  • Managing calcium and salt intake is important; restricting dietary calcium is not advised, but moderating salt intake can help limit calcium excretion in the urine, thereby reducing stone risk.]

"Low consumption of chocolate" Well that shit wasn't happening in December, BUT I always drank calcium-fortified non-dairy, non-nut milk with it. I gave up dairy (endometriosis), meat (mostly for same), a left kidney, leave my chocolate alone. https://t.co/3RBEPHLgPo
