Abstract in brief
The study conducted a systematic review and dose-response meta-analysis of cohort studies to examine the relationship between coffee consumption and hypertension risk, analyzing data from 8 articles involving nearly 244,000 people.
Results showed no nonlinear relationship between coffee intake and hypertension, and each additional cup of coffee per day was associated with a roughly 2% reduction in hypertension risk.
Overall, the findings suggest that drinking coffee may help lower the risk of developing hypertension in a dose-dependent way.]

⬆️ BP and cortisol look bad but consider that a hard training session does the same. You rebound from that and end up with lower BP and a higher T:cortisol ratio.
Is coffee similar?: Regular coffee consumption is linked to lower risk of hypertension. https://t.co/ZCLTwjJCA2
