Now LINE-1 is not normally expressed, so the question becomes how often does it happen

@angryhacademic On persistence I actually think that the vaccine mRNA can be reverse transcribed and integrated into host genome, possibly causing ongoing spike production. This is probably rare as it depends on e.g. LINE1 expression. But it has been observed in vitro. https://t.co/uIiz9LJLGY

Same for some other RNA viruses but rare as they have to rely on endogenous reverse transcriptase. With vaccine mRNA this has been observed in vitro. https://t.co/uIiz9LJLGY
