Next is, mouthwash with Cetylpyridinium Chloride (CPC), known to reduce oral viral load (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36808889/). Also easy to find in grocery stores Crest, TheraBreath etc for 8-9$. If your mouthwash has CPC it should say right on the bottle. You should also use this if you get sick btw.
