A multicenter randomized controlled trial compared the effectiveness of Overthescope (OTS) clips versus through-the-scope (TTS) clips as first-line treatments for peptic ulcer bleeding, showing that OTS clips had a lower 30-day rebleeding rate and higher success in initial hemostasis and overall clinical success.
