Abstract in brief
CT scans, especially CT angiography and multiphase CT enterography, are increasingly used to quickly diagnose acute gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding, which can occur anywhere in the GI tract and be caused by various diseases.
These imaging techniques help determine whether bleeding is active, locate its source, and assist in choosing appropriate treatment, especially when endoscopy is inconclusive or not sufficient.
The choice of CT method depends on the patient's stability and response to resuscitation, with recent advances making CT a valuable first-line tool in urgent cases of GI bleeding.
Jeffrey Klein MD discusses how CT scans, especially CT angiography and multiphase CT enterography, are increasingly vital in rapidly diagnosing gastrointestinal bleeding. These techniques help identify bleeding sources…
This case discusses gastrointestinal bleeding and highlights the utility of CT angiography and multiphase CT enterography in diagnosing acute GI bleeding, especially when endoscopy is inconclusive or not sufficient.

“We have always seen the United States as the real teacher of democracy,” said Mieko Nakabayashi, a political science professor at Waseda University in Tokyo. “Mr. Trump is now showing us the limits of that ideal.”
The sickness is spreading.
Dat stelde ik ook niet. Dit gegeven was al langer bekend en desondanks heeft Wilders ze gewoon op de kieslijst geplaatst. Hij heeft ook geen maatregelen aangekondigd tegen de twee.
One of my favorite things to do on VRC is be puppy and every time I see someone bigger wearing a harness is go up all excited and ask if they pull sleds and pretend like I wanna be a sled dog when I grow up.
Take my experience with a grain of salt, but personally I found the anxiety was worse for me both on and off the job than the impact of admitting to my manager that I was lost.

The only person we can throw good money at is Trump. With his $230 million lawsuit that the DOJ will probably eventually pay. Speaker Johnson lies about everything. They want to destroy the ACA. They’ll replace it with nothing.
Making a lolcows face or art your pfp or obsessively dunking on them in a discord server isnt delivering justice to the victims, you just want a socially acceptable target to bully. Focus on getting them in jail, not off the internet. they can still offend off the internet
unless and until MAGA gets consistent, negative coverage for the lies they tell, they're just going to keep on lying
(obviously, guarding against that has been the motivator for things like "applying scrutiny" to various big press/media mergers and related actions)
People are impressed when I tell them I wrote the first draft of my novel in a month but that leaves out the year beforehand that I spent bashing my head against the wall, writing two different novel-length takes on the story that did not work at all.
I'm dating myself but when Hugh Hefner retired his daughter was named president. Playboy actually ran a satirical article about how everyone was shocked to learn that she was related to Hugh, as if no one knew that until after she was hired.
This reminds me of that.
Same side split zone from the Panthers and a very nice cut + vision from Rico Dowdle to pop this run
Jordan Hancock (37) shows some speed being able to make up ground and get Dowdle down as he breaks into the open field
The children of the people who became unbelievably wealthy from the American system want to change that system.
Unbelievable the sociopathy in nepo-babies.
Penn State is just as committed to its football program as LSU is and it has the same if not better monetary resources. It also has an easier path to the CFP which makes PSU the best opening out there.
Honestly the way to fix it perhaps is for everyone to stop sharing it, promoting it etc.
Find an independent source and promote that one instead.
If one doesn’t exist, don’t provide more links for their benefit.
The only power we do have is to suffocate their value by eliminating their relevance
"Flags or community you choose

I'm concerned that they'll tear this thing down and someone who's more capable than Trump, with people more capable than these elite educated and very rich idiots, will succeed where they're failing by actually charming a majority of the people while promising a return to stability.
