  • The study compared the 1-year outcomes of two PCI strategies in patients with acute myocardial infarction and cardiogenic shock: culprit-lesion-only PCI versus immediate multivessel PCI, finding similar death rates but higher rates of repeat procedures and heart failure hospitalizations with culprit-lesion-only PCI.
