Abstract Synopsis

  • The systematic review found no strong evidence linking diastasis of the rectus abdominis muscle (DRAM) to common issues like low back pain or incontinence, but there is some weak evidence suggesting it may be related to pelvic organ prolapse and decreased quality of life.
