Abstract in brief
This study examined how different timings and types of physical activity—immediately before, immediately after, or 30 minutes after breakfast—affect blood sugar levels, finding that post-meal activities like walking and bodyweight exercises can improve glucose control.
Standing still after breakfast had less effect on blood sugar compared to other activities, while physical activity right after eating significantly reduced measures of glucose variability.
The results suggest that engaging in low to moderate exercise soon after breakfast can help manage blood glucose, regardless of the activity type or timing within the tested intervals.]

@SFZoe014 Any type of exercise immediately after a meal will improve blood sugar control. I believe the "max" and "min" effective doses depend on the calories expended by said exercise.
So if it's walking we're talking about, it may need a while.
This will help.
