Several psychotherapy protocols have been studied as additional treatments for bipolar disorder, yet their effectiveness compared to each other remains unclear.
A systematic review and network meta-analysis were conducted to evaluate how different manualized psychotherapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and interpersonal therapy, impact symptom stabilization and recurrence in bipolar patients receiving medication.
