Abstract Synopsis
- Many biological systems consist of diverse single cells, which drives the need for detailed single-cell analysis.
- Emerging mass-spectrometry methods allow for the quantification of over 1,000 proteins per cell, enhancing specificity in protein studies.
- The SCoPE2 protocol facilitates cost-effective, automated single-cell protein quantification using readily available equipment, allowing analysis of ~200 single cells in just 24 hours.
